Saskia Wegele – Permanent Make-up Artist in Unterföhring near Munich
Hello, I’m Saskia Wegele.
I began my career in hospitality, where I learned to listen carefully, understand people and notice the small details – qualities that still shape the way I work today.
My passion for aesthetics later led me into the beauty industry, where I trained as a Hair & Makeup Artist. At the same time, my training in natural skincare deepened my understanding of skin – how individual it is, and why every starting point needs to be assessed on its own terms.
Over the years, Permanent Makeup and medical pigmentation have become a central part of my work. They bring together many of the things I value most: colour, shape and proportion, precise craftsmanship, an understanding of skin, and the ability to create a result that feels right for the person in front of me.
My Approach
For me, Permanent Makeup is both an art and a precise craft. I work carefully, deliberately and step by step, with a clear focus on natural results, balanced proportions and harmony.
No technique is right for every face, every skin type or every starting point. I would rather tell you honestly what I believe is appropriate than follow a trend simply because it is current.
I want you to feel well informed and confident in your decision. That means taking the time to get things right – during the consultation, while mapping out the shape, throughout the treatment and during the healing process. To me, a harmonious result is not about changing as much as possible. It is about creating something that genuinely feels like you.
Why This Work Matters to Me
The best part of my work is the moment someone looks in the mirror and recognises themselves again – simply with a little more definition, balance or colour where they want it.
Some of the encounters that move me most are with people whose appearance has changed as a result of illness, an accident or surgery. Whether after chemotherapy, following reconstructive surgery or when helping scars blend more naturally with the surrounding skin, if my work can help someone feel a little more at home with their reflection again, it means a great deal to me.

For many years, I’ve continued to develop my skills in Permanent Makeup and deepen my knowledge of techniques, pigments, skin, colour and design.
My ongoing specialisations include Watercolour Lips, Sensual Lips, Powder Brows, Ombré Brows, Hyperrealism Brows, Lash Line Enhancement, colour correction, Permanent Concealer and Pigment Removal.
My Standards
For me, experience also means knowing the limits of what I do.
Not every pigmentation treatment or technique is appropriate for every starting point. Professional practice also means being honest when I would advise against a treatment, recommend a different approach or suggest not proceeding with pigmentation at that stage.
I know what I can do – and just as importantly, where the limits of my work lie. My aim is a result that is professionally sound, natural and tailored to you – and one you can feel comfortable with in the long term.
